Aah. The time has come. This little gap (1 week) before grad school has kept me far too stagnant. However it's during these times of 'breaks' that follow with breakthroughs. Spare moments (as much as it's often easiest to stay movin') always seem to lend themselves to my favorite experiences. This time I hope to capture it a little better. Not only for myself and documenting what I love, but I might as well share it because you never know when you could have something to share that will help others - wouldn't hurt right?
Typically these are blitz of my life in the form pictures, stories, lessons, or motivation which typically arrive though movement, food, and learning. Documenting what I do is a way of not only my way of tracking and learning but provides a sense gratitude. Perhaps sharing it is something that would benefit others. Forewarning - somehow it tends to emerge in the less traditional sense.
